Slinky and kinky ;)

A "slinky" necklace with hollow beads. The rings idea I first saw in Switzerland , I think though that it originates from Murano, I loved the look and searched high and low on the internet to find where I could buy them..
and that will be secret for now,ha !

Blown, hollow, carved bead with some peep holes! The colour on the inside is red..

Gold fumed hollow bead set!

The beads are gold fumed , but they look like copper beads, super shiny delicious beads ;)
I add a bit of sandblasting on 3 of the beads to add a little interest for the eye to rest on.

I will show you before and after the blasting..

What I really love about hollow beads is their lightness of being, they are delicate yet strong.

This set makes me think of soap bubbles blowing in the wind :)

The beads are etched and gold fumed, but it depends on the background on whether you see it or not.
