Hmm, I don't know either, is it a panting technique?
I remember heating up intense black and if you stayed in the flame long enough the lines would start to blur. There's a "beady" name for it but it escapes me now.
Ahh, the webbing effect..that is not what this is though, I used enamels for this bead :)
