Cape Holiday

Just a few images of  a beautiful area about 60km out of Capetown called Francshoek, The mountains are just awesome! The Cape cultivates some of the worlds best wines so if you like wine tasting this is where you need to go ;)
We took a lovely drive over the 13 km winding road through the mountains.

Workshop in South Africa for overseas beadmakers

This will be the first time that I will be giving workshops in South Africa to exclusively overseas bead makers! It will be a wonderful 2 days packed full of many techniques you have come to know of me. 

We will have a 2 day workshop on the 21-22 of March 2013 at Glass&Fire in Pretoria.

I know it is Christmas soon, but somehow, the Summer heat and poolside days just don't seem to put me in the mood for Christmas trees and fireside evenings...
Instead I feel like a beach holiday, grilling outside and relaxing under the shade of a tree with a huge cooldrink :))
Perhaps the knowledge that exactly that will happen probably has a lot to do with it, we will be off to Cape town for a few days to a gorgeous area called Campsbay, 500m form the beach and the house overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.... I am there in thought already :)

I made a focal for this set for a client,I don't know why I don't make one straight away, it is much nicer to have a complete set!
