This must be the brightest bead I have ever made,....!!
To me this is such a pleasing shape, I don't do them often I don't know why really! It was difficult to photograph and this is the best I could do.
The pity is that you don't really see the pearlescent effect.

We are having a bit of fun on Lampwork etc forum with dot beads, this is my contribution.
It was such fun to do, the concentration is exercised, and to keep that hand from shaking is paramount!
It is not perfect but the crazyness makes up for it :))

A bright start to the week!
I love red but don't often know how to incorporate it in a bead, I think this is nice though!

After playing around with inverting some of my bead images I was inspired to try and give it a similar feeling, I love the effect of the murrini on the dark blue background.

I have been playing with silver etching again, I wanted to make these for the bead changing pendants, but I found them a bit too big, so my daughter snapped them up to hang as pendants on a silver necklace!
As of today we officially have another teenager in the house,
I hope he will stay as wonderful as he is now! He already promised me that he is not going to change hmmm time will tell, the hormones might decide otherwise LOL
